Joined OBT as Guest Artist in 2023

Ruth received her training in Sacramento, California, under Stuart Carroll and Sharon Newton. In 2013, she joined the Texas Ballet Theater under the direction of Ben Stevenson, where she danced many of her most cherished roles and performances. Among these are Alexi Ratmanski’s Seven Sonatas, George Balanchine’s Serenade and Rubies, Jerome Robbins’ The Concert, Ben Stevenson’s Winter Fairy in Cinderella, Fairy Beauty in Sleeping Beauty, and Lead Flower in The Nutcracker. Ruth is deeply dedicated to her artistry and is thrilled to be dancing with Oregon Ballet Theatre.
