Patron Services Lead

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Patron Services Lead (PSL) is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and resolving customer service issues. The role is also responsible for prospecting, promoting, selling, managing, and maintaining all patron sales. The PSL reposts to the Director of Sales & Patron Services and is primarily tasked with handling inquiries/orders for season subscriptions, single ticket sales and exchanges; monitoring sales and tracking by category – single, multi, new, etc.; supports marketing strategies, including all online web-based promotional efforts; assists Director of Sales & Patron Services in duties that support overall function of department – promotion, communication, analytics; performs a variety of tasks that support critical accounting and auditing practices; and, tracks/plans Box Office related pages on the OBT website.

COMPENSATION

This position starts at $40,000-$45,000 annually, and provides full benefits, including: employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; and 25 days off annually (15 days PTO and 10 holidays). In addition, employees may elect and self-fund the following benefits: 403(b) retirement plan; short-term and/or long-term disability insurance; flexible spending account for health-related expenses and/or childcare; and additional life insurance.


QUALIFICATIONS

We seek candidates with a minimum two years of professional experience as a customer service representative, preferably at a performing arts organization; Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience; demonstrated skill/experience with customer management databases – Tessitura highly preferred.
