INFORMATION ABOUT UNUSED NUTCRACKER TICKETS
Nutcracker performances took place as scheduled. If you were unable to attend a performance due to the weather, please mail your unused tickets with your contact information to the OBT Box Office (818 SE Sixth Avenue, Portland, OR 97214) and choose from one of the following two options:
A. ATTEND NEXT YEAR'S NUTCRACKER! Receive vouchers (one per paid, unused ticket) for the 2009 Nutcracker. Vouchers will be mailed to you by the end of January.
B. ATTEND A FUTURE OBT PROGRAM IN THE 2008/2009 SEASON: Receive vouchers (one per paid, unused ticket) for a future performance this season. The season runs through June 7, 2009. Vouchers will be mailed to you by the end of January.
If your unused tickets were in WILL CALL, please provide the ticket purchaser's name and address as well as the place of purchase and we should be able to locate them for you.
Alternate arrangements can be made for anyone unable to attend next year’s Nutcracker or a performance later this season.
